Your career affects your life and

your life affects your career.

We can relate.

We can help you navigate.

It’s not real therapy…it’s business therapy.

THE PROBLEM

For C-Level and Established Executives:

You made it. The title, the total comp, the board seat — mission accomplished, congratulations! All your hard work and ambition paid off and you have the career you wanted.

But nobody warned you that the higher you go, the less the job is about the work.

A lot of the "work" becomes interpersonal, or office politics. It becomes less about what makes sense on paper and more about protecting partnerships and managing up, down, and sideways.

We know your family and friends demand more of you than you sometimes have to give — and we know your brain only has so much space for data and decision-making.

You get bogged down with the peer who agrees in the room and then undermines you after. The board member you can't read. The deal that stalls on ego instead of economics. The team you inherited that hasn't decided whether to trust you — and vice versa. The internal politics you have to navigate just to get a deal structured or even get people to the table to negotiate.

The stress doesn't stay at the office. Your calendar fills fast. Your personal relationships get whatever is left at the end of the day — and when do you have time to just relax? Is that even a thing?

Your friendships are strong, but you see each other rarely, and the higher you climb, the fewer people in your circle can actually relate to the pressure you're carrying.

You haven't had the space to get your head around it — but you know it's time to. Even an hour of dedicated time to offload some of what's in your head would be incredibly valuable — but when can you fit it in?

We get it. We needed that too. That is why we are here now.

You made it to the top, and you love your life and your career. But the top is complex and high-stakes, and sometimes you just need someone to bounce ideas off of, talk situations through with, or even simply vent to.

It's not a you problem. It's an approach problem. And an approach can be fixed. You just need the tools.

We've been there. And we can help.

For Millennials & Gen Z:

The corporate world runs on rules nobody ever explained to you. Rules that are vastly different from the ones you learned in school. Nobody hands them to you when you get your first job and it's not your boss's job to teach you how to operate in the real world — so you're left trying to figure it out yourself, or worse, ignoring it entirely leaving yourself vulnerable to being let go.

And if you ignore it and you do make the cut, the person with half your talent gets promoted over you leaving you guessing.

What does leadership actually want when they ask for an update? Why does speaking up in a meeting feel impossible? Why aren't your emails landing? How do you push back without sounding defensive? Who actually has the power to move your career and how do you get on their radar?

What are you actually worth and how do you ask for it in a way that makes it hard to say no? How do you get a real grasp on your salary, your spending, your savings? How do you build a career that pays you and still leaves you a life you can enjoy?

That's not a you problem. It's an approach problem. And an approach can be fixed.

We see it. We understand it. And we can help.

For Founders and Entrepreneurs:

You have an amazing idea and the will to build it.
But how do you actually start a business from zero?

Where does the money come from — and how little do you really need? Do you need an LLC, and when? How do you go from idea to something real without burning your savings? How do you get a website and an operation running without an agency or much money? How can you leverage AI to help?

And then there's the part nobody warns you about. While you juggle two thousand chainsaws every day, you'll also be taxed by people. The client who's slipping away. The investor you can't read. The board member with an agenda. The first hire who isn't working out. Most of this job turns out to be people — and no one prepares you for that at all.

Meanwhile you're carrying all of it alone, or with a small team, truly understanding why they call it bootstrapping. You don't have time for founders circles and Zooms full of strangers. What you need is one person you can bounce ideas off of — someone who's been in your shoes and understands the stresses, the sacrifices, and the passion.

That's not a you problem. It's an approach problem. And an approach can be fixed.

We've done it. We get you. And we can help.

MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I'm Vanessa!

Chief Revenue Officer (Cybersecurity).
Serial Entrepreneur.
Self-made millionaire by 40 (after losing everything and going bankrupt).
People whisperer.

A week out of college in 2001, I started my first business. No money, no clients, no safety net — just the willingness to figure it all out. I ran it for seven years and built it into a real living.

Then the financial crisis of 2008 came and took it all. I wasn't prepared. My clients disappeared overnight. I had to close the business, I was foreclosed on, and I filed for bankruptcy.

So I rebuilt — bigger and better. I used the only things I had left: resourcefulness, a hard work ethic, and a network I actually knew how to leverage. I became Chief Operating Officer at a medical startup that had been a client of mine.

Then I pivoted to a cybersecurity reseller — now also a manufacturer — and worked my way up from marketing manager supporting the sales team. Today, after multiple promotions and almost fifteen years, I'm the Chief Revenue Officer.

What I learned climbing the corporate ladder is that almost none of it is about the work. It's about people. Complex negotiations that stall on ego instead of economics. Competing agendas. Difficult personalities. Knowing what someone needs to hear before they know it themselves. How to drive a deal the way you want it with the least resistance. That part comes naturally to me — and I've spent twenty years in conference rooms and boardrooms sharpening it.

Now I sit where the major decisions get made. And I watch talented Millennials and Gen Z get passed over for promotions, and often let go — and I can see exactly why. There's a disconnect between what upper management values and what they think is valued.

I've been fortunate that my career has let me see business from almost every angle — as a founder, as an executive, and either inside or intersecting with every department. Both my struggles and my successes have put me in a position to give back and now I thrive doing so.

I had to learn a lot of this the hard way. You shouldn't have to!

REAL PERSONAL COACHING.

REAL RESULTS.

From senior executives to established founders to rising leaders.

Struggling to balance career and home life.

D.D., a Senior Vice President of Operations in his mid-50s, was spread too thin — juggling a demanding career, a busy family, and his own sanity, with no margin left for any of it. He didn't have the head space for the big decisions at work, and it left him showing up half-present everywhere — at the office and at home. His family was growing frustrated with his hours, right as Q4 hit and the demands piled on. We worked through how to organize and prioritize both his responsibilities and his time — and we got clear on what his family actually needed from him. He stopped running on empty and learned how to manage his career alongside his personal and family life, instead of trading one for the other.

Passed over for director. Twice.

J.C. was a marketing manager in her early 30s. She'd done everything right on paper but kept losing the promotion to people she felt were less technically sound and worked less hard. We talked through what her upper management was actually looking for in someone they'd promote — and how she could adjust her approach and shift her mindset to match it. After three months, she was empowered. She built the business case that landed her a significant raise, and she's now a top candidate for the next director role. Before we met, she wasn't even considered.

First time founder: Idea to LLC. in 30 days

B.M. was in his late 40’s and had a brilliant idea for new product. Being that he also had zero dollars and no real skills - he came to me deflated thinking he’s never get this off the ground and someone else would leapfrog him and to go market first. We were able to derive a strategy where he could leverage his current skills and his current network to make money to begin the business. We worked out detailed plans with milestones, each tied to a budget goal and a plan to hit that goal next to it. In 30 days B.M. was able to make enough money to start the LLC., and get a prototype in motion. All due to our coaching sessions and getting equipped with how to bootstrap something when you don’t have funds.

Whether you're a senior leader carrying too much, a young professional ready to rise, or a founder finally ready to take a leap — you don't have to figure it out alone.

We’ve been there.

We can relate.

We can help.
